Turn Services LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register as a vendor, subcontractor, or client, submit a service request, or otherwise interact with our platform. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Turn Services LLC collects personal information, including phone numbers, strictly for internal operational coordination, job dispatching, and scheduling. Turn Services LLC will never sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that receive your mobile number are the service providers that deliver our text messages (currently Twilio and Bird), and only so they can send and receive the messages you agreed to; they may not use it for anything else.

3. SMS Communications

How you opt in. We text you only if you check the separate, optional SMS consent box on our vendor application at goturnservices.com/vendors/apply or on goturnservices.com/vendors/sms. The box is never checked for you, and consent is not required to register as a vendor. We keep a record of each opt-in and opt-out, with the date, time and the exact consent wording you agreed to.

What we send. Turn Services (Turn Services LLC) sends recurring automated and staff-written messages about job opportunities, assignments, scheduling, inspection reminders, progress and photo requests, payment updates, and conversations about assigned work. Message frequency varies based on job activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we confirm once and send nothing further unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help.

Sharing. Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. They are shared only with our SMS delivery providers (currently Twilio and Bird), solely to deliver the messages you asked for. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing) solely to the extent necessary to perform those services on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are shared only with our SMS delivery providers, as described in sections 2 and 3.
